They chased each other in and out of the sprays of water and some of the adults occasionally joined in! The kids really seemed to enjoy the water and it was totally laid back with just light sprays and running through the grass.

A few nights later, we met up again at the ballfield to watch Uncle Marshall and Grandpa Jones play softball. Actually, there was a softball game going on, but I ended up watching the kids more than the game...Oops! Cole and Katie had a good time and we finally got to see first hand Cole in action with a ball and bat! That kid is good!
Then, we invited Cole back over without his parents (actually it was their anniversary so we let them go on a date). Cole and Katie played outside for a while and then we had snacks in Katie's snack chairs. I promise I didn't stage this picture - but how funny do they look with their hats on, faces turned up together, legs crossed the same, and snack in hand!

After snacks, we loaded the pictures I just took onto the computer and printed one out for each of them. Then I set them in their booster seats at the kitchen table and let them color their new pictures! It was fun watching them interact together and they thought it was really cool to color a picture with their own faces on it!
