Katie's preschool had a Thanksgiving and a Christmas program for the parents to attend. The Thanksgiving program was actually on her birthday so it was a fun way for Doug and I to get to spend more time with her and make her feel extra special. The kids sang a few Thanksgiving songs and then we all got to feast together as a family. Afterwards, she wanted to take a picture with her favorite friend from school!
Fast forward about 4 weeks and it's time for their Christmas show. Doug and I both went again and there was a little more of an actual program this time - but her class still just mainly sang songs. Apparently Katie was a little more comfortable on stage this go round as she decided to make silly faces at us during the performance. My little superstar!
