We had Thanksgiving lunch with my dad's side of the family at our house. We had such a fun afternoon of family and food. However, somehow - we took ZERO pictures of the food. And man, there was food. We had an entire room of just desserts. We had so much food leftover, we made plates for 12 people working at the hospital that day. I took the leftovers to some of the residents that I work with and some of the nurses who were caring for my Uncle Marshall (mom's brother) that week in the ICU at Richland.
The best part of the day was having the family from out of town here. Here's my cousin Josh (from Nashville) playing soccer in the backyard with one of his nieces, Amilia.
Nancy and Tasha (Josh's wife) - married into the Wilhelm family - they tolerate us so well! Loved having us all together to celebrate the things we are thankful for.

Maybe it's fitting that we didn't take pictures of the food. The food isn't what was important. It was important having 3 generations of family together in the same place loving life and laughing together. Can't wait to do it again next year!
