Katie's been eyeing Grandpa Jones' classic Falcon in the garage ever since we moved in. On Sunday, we were playing outside while Doug and his dad were raking leaves. We took a stroll to the front yard and as she bobbed and weaved through the other four cars in the driveway (result of four grown adults in one house), she spotted the royal blue beauty parked in the garage.
She walked over to it and I opened the door and she wanted to climb on in! I was a little nervous she'd put the car in reverse and ram into Doug's car - he would've never believed that Katie did it because he thinks I have it in for his car. But then I saw the bricks holding the back wheel in place and relaxed a little.
Hopefully Grandpa Jones doesn't mind that Katie played a little make-believe.
