I just finished writing our department's annual report for presentation at a society meeting this weekend. Because color copies at Kinko's are outrageous, we copy and bind the report right here in our office. So, I enlisted the help of some other administration employees to get these ready to go out tonight. My boss thought she'd order us some lunch so that we could all eat and work together!
But it gets better. We got to get subs from Publix! These are my absolute favorite subs! (Curtis, is your mouth watering?) We found an order form online to fax our order in so I went around and got everyone's order. I got a Boar's Head Ultimate!
When she got back with the order, she had Doritos with her! She said they were buy 1 get 1 free at Publix! YUM! Then, the greatest gift of all. I pulled my Boar's Head Ultimate out of its sleeve and it was a FOOT LONG! It turned out there was no spot on the order form to choose 6 inch or foot long, so the deli made us all foot longs! A foot long sub from Publix and Cool Ranch Doritos. It will be hard for this day to get better!
My belly is full! It's the little things, you know?

Sounds delicious! Normally it would make me hungry to read that, but I had two Hardee's sausage and egg biscuits for breakfast, and those things fill you up all day...I had to skip lunch!
