Body by Katie

To get a proper workout - you must begin by stretching. Reach for your feet and grab your toes.

Get a kickball. One that is light so that when you kick it, it goes really far and you look like a soccer superstar. Plus, the farther it goes, the farther you chase it again, thus expending more energy and calories!
Abs! Who doesn't have problems with their stomach?! If you're dreaming of a washboard or have excess flab to lose - try hanging by your feet and doing sit ups.
Run! Run! Run! Run in circles, run in straight lines, run until your feet are super dirty and you can't stand up straight anymore.
Do all of this and you're bound to have super duper muscles just like me!? And when you get those muscles, don't be afraid to flex and show them off!

Ha! That's awesome! I, too, could use a personal trainer so I'm glad we're related. She could teach me a thing or two!
