Gentle

This week's character trait to pray over your child is gentle. Wow - this is a doozie for Katie. She has been very physical lately and wants to hit anything or anyone who gets in her way or accidentally touches her as she ambles around the house. I seriously think she needs a barbed wire arm tattoo and a leather jacket to match her attitude. We are working on the discipline side of things for this and being able to pray about sure is easier than disciplining these days, but I am thankful to be able to do both. So as you pray for your child to be gentle, how about slip an extra prayer in there for mine!
